Some more tweaks and Camp/School module compatibility

Bug Fix: Contact Detail report now correctly shows the Relation by all family members.
To generate this report, for the Contact currently being viewed, click the 'Contact Details' at the top of the screen, or for a group of Contacts based on criteria, click Reports > Contacts and choose 'Contact Details' from the Report list.
Improvement: Added the ability to create 3 emergency contact numbers, including name and relation, while adding a child.
Click Campers View (or Students View), then click the New button.
