Change the "and" to "&" in labels or envelopes.
When you generate labels or envelopes, the program automatically combines the Husband Title ("Mr.") and the Wife Title ("Mrs.").
The resulting title is "Mr. and Mrs.".
If you like, you can change the result to "Mr. & Mrs."
Go to Tools>Options> Other tab
In the "Label and Type" drop-down box, choose "and" or "&"
Click OK
Changing this setting takes effect immediately.
