If you have a contact list to import, click File > Import > Contact List.

Note: This is an advanced feature in that it requires you to prepare your contact list in a very specific format. This, so that data that is brought in to CMS is formatted correctly.

There is an Import.mdb Access Database file where you need to bring you list into the Names table. Once in that table, the Import wizard will validate the data and import it.
