Contact Criteria tab added to Transaction Report window.

This allows you to generate a report on Contact Associations and Demographics. It also allows for including and excluding Programs at the same time as well reports based on the new Areas feature ?????, recently implemented.

This criteria works for exports as well as for Saved reports.
