Click Reports > Transactions
Choose Bill (beta) from the Report Type drop-down.

You can choose other options but not all options in the Transaction Report are available for this report.

Here is what the new report look like. Notice that it is more concise and neat. It puts each invoice/bill in a single line and shows the total paid and due on the same line.
