Tool for quickly locating payments that are not applied to an invoice.

This tool is useful for those who enter a bill to correspond to every payment. Using this tool, you can easily locate any payment that does not have a corresponding bill and create those bills.

Click Tools > Maintenance > Unapplied Payments

You can then double-click (or click the button to the right) on any payment to open it and apply it.
