You can now make a Contact Report limiting to Programs AND excluding Programs at the same time.

For example, get a list of contacts who are enrolled in Adult Education, Holiday or Community and exclude those enrolled in "Pesach Mailing Only".

(Previously one had to use Manage Programs to prepare a new Program, first updating it to the program you wanted, and then updating it to the program to exclude.)
