You can choose which System List to upload to within the Contact Report.

In the Contact report screen, after choosing MyChabad.org Communcator (Output), the next field (Report) is renamed to System Lists and displays a drop-down of all the System Lists you have.

To create additional System Lists, click Tools > Options > Custom. Click the Communicator Settings button, then click Create List.
