Click the Reset button to refresh all the criteria and other options on the report to its default settings.
Reports in general have a feature that you can set them to “Remember criteria from last use.” Click Tools > Options > Other for this option. This causes the report screen to open up in the same state (all the criteria set) the last time you generated the report (unless you click Cancel or close and restart the program). Clicking the Reset button has the same effect as clicking Cancel and reopening the Report screen.
