List View

Click the List View button on the Home tab to see your contacts in a list view.

This is in contrast to the Contact View where you see one contact at a time but more information about that contact. You can switch back to the Contact View by clicking the Contact View button on the Home tab.
Double clicking any of the names on the list will jump to the contact you double-clicked. The Contact and List views can both be open at the same time.

If you have a large screen, you can arrange these two windows in a way that you can view them both, on smaller screens they will be one behind the other. To go between these two screens, use the View menu.

The List View can be made larger or smaller. It can be maximized, minimized or made any size you wish.
The contents in this screen will scale to fit the size you choose.
