THIS FEATURE HAS BEEN DEPRECATED AND REPLACED WITH GOOGLE CONTACT INTEGRATION.
Click on Tasks >Oulook Synchronization.
Here is where you can synchronize contacts to and from outlook and CMS. Currently this feature is in Beta mode and not fully functional at this time. When you choose this option, CMS will warn you that it is a Beta Version and ask you if you want to continue.
To continue, click on Yes.
Choose to synchronize all contacts between outlook and CMS (add contacts in outlook from CMS and in CMS from outlook) or just synchronize from CMS to outlook.
Currently the only option available is CMS-->Outlook.
What to Synchronize:
You can choose all contacts or limit it to a certain program in CMS or Category and/or User Field in Outlook. Currently, since you can only synchronize out from CMS, you can only define the CMS Program.
Conflict Resolution Settings:
Currently not functional
How to handle deleted Contacts:
The only one available is when contacts are deleted in CMS to delete from Outlook as well, being that you can only synchronize out.
Here is where you "tell" CMS which CMS fields to correspond to fields in outlook.
The field map should be set up before you synchronize for the first time.
