Creating a Login to CMS

To create a login to CMS, please follow the steps below.
  1. Click Program Setup > Users/Groups Permissions
  2. Make sure the Default group has all privileges.
    1. Click Groups
    2. Edit the Default group
    3. Check Administrator
    4. Check Private Access
    5. Click OK.
  3. Create a user in the default group
    1. Click Users
    2. Click New User
    3. Enter a user name and password
    4. Select the Default group
    5. Click OK.
When prompted to enable security, click Yes.
Restart CMS for the changes to take effect.
 
Please note that the instructions above are for creating a single User in a Group that has full administrator permissions.
 
You can optionally create additional Groups, each with different permission levels. You can then create additional Users and associate them with the Group you wish.
