Click on Tools>Options and then select the 'Custom Fields' tab. Here is where you choose the names of the custom fields that will show up with the contact information on the Address/Phone Tab and on reports.
Enter names for each of the fields. To restore the Default names, click on the Restore Default Names command button. To Display the Relationships tab, check off the Display Relationships checkbox.
Campus Setup: Check off this box for Campus Setup.
You can also choose your Map and Directions provider from the dropdown list on the bottom of the Custom Fields tab.
