Error on start: Object Required | Object or class

To resolve this, first close CMS and all Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and follow instruction below.

Locate the file RegMscomctl in the C:\Chabad Management System folder.
Right-click on that file and choose "Run as administrator".

If this doesn't fix the issue, please make sure that your Windows and Office is up to date. To do this, open Windows Update and download and install all updates your computer needs. You may need to restart your computer.

Technical details: Running this batch file implements the Workaround listed in this Microsoft KB article by deleting the incorrect registry key and registering the mscomctl.ocx file.
