10.12.24 Improvement | Camper Application Merge Fields

All medical fields are now available when doing a Word Merge, or individual, pre-filled Application.

The Application Merge Fields template, located in C:\Chabad Management System\Sample Templates\Template Fields has been updated to reflect the new fields available.

To generate a pre-filled application, click the Application button on the Camper > Application tab.
For batch applications:
  • Click Reports > Camp/School. Choose Enrollments
  • Choose Word Merge from the Output drop-down
  • Choose "Batch Application Merge" from the Report drop-down.

This improvement has been implemented in version 10.12.24.
