11.9.28 Improvement | Quarterly and Yearly for Recurring Bills

Added Quarterly and Yearly options for recurring bills.

You enter a recurring bill by clicking the Bill Schedule button on the Transaction tab.
You can now choose Monthly, Weekly, Quarterly or Yearly from the Frequency drop-down.

This has been implemented in version 11.9.28
