11.8.20 Bug Fix | Individual Envelope

Clicking the Envelope button at the top of the screen would not pull up the current contact's name and address.

This bug affected only those using the Built-in Envelope. 
A workaround would be to use Word for Envelopes. 

This bug has been corrected in version 11.8.20.

The source for this bug has been confirmed to be a Microsoft Issue in SP1 for Office 2010.
