Due to a change in Google's specifications on how users are authenticated, the integration that CMS presently has with Google Contacts may not be working for your Google account.
If you are experiencing errors when editing contacts in CMS which are linked to Google Contacts, or when attempting to connect CMS Contacts to Google, we recommend that you turn off the Google Integration until this issue is resolved. To turn off the integration, click Program Setup > Options > Custom tab and uncheck the Google Contacts Integration check box.
We are working hard on posting an update to CMS as quickly as possible which will make it compatible with the latest authentication standards that Google now requires. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing you.
