If you are using Splash Payments Integration, you must install this version or later to ensure continued compatibility. Below are some of the technical details.

New in this release

  • Bug Fix: DonationLongDate vs LongDonationDate. Now both work in PDF.
  • Bug Fix: When using the PDF settings for letters, generating a single In Kind letter caused an error. This has now been corrected.
  • Bug Fix. Corrected an issue where online Donations and Reservation Submissions, new Contacts were being creating with a HerLastName (primary her) unnecessarily. Email was being added as a Shared email address. System  now works properly so that only a single primary contact is created is created (him or her, based on Title) and the email address is associated directly to that person.
  • Bug Fix: Recurring Donations: The list of Pledges not renewed may not show expired pledges when the final payment wasn't edited.
Running this update corrects past records so that past expired pledges will come up as un-renewed.

Splash Payments Integration

This version of CMS maintains compatibility with some changes that Splash Payments implemented and is a required update that must be installed for anyone using Splash Payments Integration

Below are the technical details we received from Splash Payments:

Due to changes in PCI Compliance standards, as of 02/14/2018 TLS v1.0 will no longer be a supported encryption protocol. Please update to TLS v1.1 or TLS v1.2, and disable any fallback to any outdated protocols as soon as possible.

Failure to update TLS will result in unmet PCI Compliance requirements, which may: expose your business to liability, limit your accessibility to the Splash API, interrupt your ability to process payments etc.

In order to maintain compatibility with Splash Payments, we released an update to CMS version 18.1.5 where, among other things, implements this requirement.
