When choosing to Combine multiple payments in a single letter, the Complete Mailing Address criteria is ignored.

In some word merges, the currency format of the Amount field is omitted. For example, instead of showing $100.00, it would show 100.

This affected check printing and batch thank-you letters when combining mulitple donations in a single letter.

Correction implemented in version 9.5.3

When generating a Word Merge with Report Type: Family, an error occurs: "3090 Resultant table not allowed to have more than one AutoNumber field."

This error has been fixed in version 9.4.21.

When exporting to the "Saved List", the names get added to the list even if you click No in the confirmation message.

This has been fixed in version 9.4.20.

Now you don't have to use the main Outlook contact folder if you don't want to. You can choose any folder in Outlook. The only requirement is that it needs to be a "Contact" folder. The folder can be a subfolder of the main Contacts folder or located anywhere else.

To synchronize with a different folder, enter the folder name in the "Outlook Folder" field.

When making a contact report based on Enrollment in Adult Education courses, additional items in the courses list may become checked on their own.

This occurs after changing tabs from the Adult Education tab to a different tab, or when generating the report and clicking Charge Criteria.

Workaround: Before generating the report, review the checked items on the Adult Education tab and uncheck the items accordingly.

This bug has been fixed in version 9.3.11

You can now make a Contact Report limiting to Programs AND excluding Programs at the same time.

For example, get a list of contacts who are enrolled in Adult Education, Holiday or Community and exclude those enrolled in "Pesach Mailing Only".

(Previously one had to use Manage Programs to prepare a new Program, first updating it to the program you wanted, and then updating it to the program to exclude.)

If you have Hebrew or other Unicode characters in your database, these can now be used in Word Merges (where previously they were coming up as ??? ?? ????? in Word).

This applies to all reports, letters, etc. Anywhere there is a Word Merge option.

Note: This feature has not been tested on Word 2000. If you are using Word 2000 and are having trouble with Word Merges in version 9.2.15 or higher, please contact tech support for assistance.

The reminders window will now display pending credit card charges.

Clicking Tools > Category Manager does not work. No error is displayed.

This has been fixed in version 9.2.12

Workaround: Enable Security. Click Tools > Security. See Form Level Security for details. When security is enabled, there is no issue.
