Registration for the Camp and School modules is now completely unified with the CMS standard registration. Initial registration is done in the same registration screen by checking the Camp and/or School module check boxes. Upon renewing your regular CMS subscription, the Camp and School modules are automatically renewed. No additional codes are needed. Same renewal codes work for all computer using CMS.

When generating mailing labels via a Word Merge, Word displays an Invalid Merge Field window for Address.

This has been corrected in version 9.9.23

Two new sample Word Templates are included in this version, Labels 5160 and Labels 5164 (30 per page or 6 per page, respectively). These new sample templates demonstrate how the fields need to be inserted in order for the merge to work. When choosing All To Date as the date range for Batch Invoices and Statements, the date criteria is ignored.

This has been corrected in version 9.9.23

Workaround for older versions: choose Custom Dates from the Date Range field and manually enter 1/1/100 as the Start Date, and today's date as the End Date.

In the Bank Account Register, when entering a Payment, Deposit or Transfer, if the Number is too long (higher than 2,147,483,648, to be exact), an error 0 occurs and the Transaction is not entered.

This has been corrected in version 9.9.23.

When making an Expense report, or Income/Expense report, the report would always include Transfers, even if the Include Transfers check box is unchecked.

Excluding contacts based on programs (Associations tab) was not working properly: When excluding multiple programs, the And/Or option is having the reverse affect.

Workaround for previous versions: Use And/Or in reverse. (When you want to "and", use Or; when you want to "or" use And.

Background: If an address has a company Name associated with it, you can choose "Company" from the Company Type field to force CMS not to display the contact name on any correspondence to that address (labels, letters, etc.). If there is no company name, the Company Type field is disabled.

Bug Description: After removing the company Name, the Company Type field remains disabled but the field still has "Company" in it, causing the correspondence to that address to be blank.

When running Satori Address Correction NCOA for the first time, clicking Enable Module does nothing.

This has been corrected in version 9.9.23

Workaround for older versions: click Tools > Opotions > Custom and click the 'Satori NCOA Processing Module' check box.

More banquet reports were added and are more easily generated. All banquet reports and exports are now generated within the program (not in seperate report database). Full version of Access is no longer required. These reports work with Access Runtime. Reports available include Guest Lists sorted and/or grouped by Name, Table, Section, Honoree. A Transaction report can optionally display a list of Programs each contact is associated with.

Click Reports > Transactions. On the Columns tab check the Show Programs check box.
