A new Output option for Reports called "Live Report".

When choosing this output, the generated report will be interactive. For example: You can select text on the report to copy You can, in some cases, double-click a row on the report to edit the record. In the example image below, double-clicking on the Payment from Syd's Pharmacy within the report, brings up the Edit Payment window. Changes made to the payment update the report instantly.

When generating a Pledge Letter using the "built-in" letters, the following error message comes up.

The specified "I" could refer to more than on etable listed in the FROM cluase of your SQL statement" This has been corrected in version 10.9.7.

Keep track of actual attendance for scheduled classes. To access this feature: Click View > Adult Education - Enrollment Browser. Select the scheduled class. Click the Attendance Mode check box. Double-click a name to mark that person as "Absent". (double-click it again to remove the "Absent" flag).

The built-in stationery for Letters and Invoices now displays your email address. Make sure that your email address is entered correctly under Tools > Options > User Info.

If you don't want the email address (or fax) displayed, simply leave those fields blank. (The word "Fax" and "Email" will not show up).

A new field to your online forms has been added to simplify the entering of data into the forms. "UseSame" is the name of this field.

Whe submitting a credit card, quite often the contact information and billing address of the card is the same as the contact information of the contact.

To show or hide this field, click Edit Fields in your CMS CONNECTED Form Designer and check or uncheck the Visible check box for the UseSame field. (you should NOT make this field "required").

Optional. Have the donor's card charged instantly upon submission. Submissions that are already charged are authomatically entered in CMS as payments. In contrast, submissions that are not charged, are entered as pending charges.

When using "instant charge" with a recurring payment submission, the first payment will have already been charged. A recurring pledge will be created in CMS with a single payment applied.

A check box was added to the Process wizard allowing you to skip submission(s).

Submissions flagged as Skipped can always be un-skipped by simply unchecking the Skip check box.
