Bug Description: When using the Category Manager to change the category and/or subcategory of many transactions, updating a split transactions only updated the first line item and the remaining parts of the split remained with the original category/subcategory.

This bug has been corrected and will be part of CMS version 14.1.28.

This update fixes a bug in Google Contacts integration. In certain scenarios, the Google contact which is created would have the incorrect phone number or email. To correct this, please install this update and re-create any Google contacts that were auto-created by CMS.

This new version of CMS adds two important components to the Google Contacts Integration. New Contacts Added to Google. Contacts that are added to Google that are not in CMS now be matched up to existing contacts in your database, or automatically create new contacts.

When you install version 13.11.11 it includes an updated version of CMS CONNECTED which handles the changes to Google Contacts that were already synced and can silently update the CMS Program.
